Company history and objectives
C and A Johnson Ltd have been operating successfully in the building industry since 1963 and continue to do so, building on a strong base of satisfied customers. Our history is mainly in structural roofing and building, this becoming the driving force leading us to specialise in designing and building quality loft conversions individually created to suit client’s specific requirements. We DO NOT operate a ‘one size fits all’ policy and are always prepared to spend time with our clients to ensure that all possible options are taken into consideration with advice being offered on the advantages or disadvantages of any particular design.
Customer care from day one
We endeavour to provide a complete service that puts your needs as a prospective customer at the top of the list of priorities where your requirements, in terms of design or individual preferences, will be taken into account and discussed at length.
Our service includes a free initial consultation including a comprehensive measure in order that we are able to produce a free initial design drawing on which a cost can be based. We then provide a free second visit at which the provisional design drawing and accompanying full specification can be discussed. These documents together with references are then left with you to consider at your leisure without obligation.
Customer confidence
Should you wish to instruct us to proceed with the work at an agreed cost, WE DO NOT REQUIRE A DEPOSIT BASED ON A PERCENTAGE OF THE PROJECT COST AS MANY CONTRACTORS DO! When an instruction to proceed is given, we simply require 50% of the cost of administration and production of full working drawings is paid. The remainder of the set up cost becomes payable when you have a copy of the drawings for your approval prior to applications being made on your behalf. These costs will be shown and included with your specification and overall project cost at the outset.
After sales service
Our reputation has been built upon 47 years of customer care that includes solving any teething problems with completed work. With over four decades of membership of the Federation of Master Builders and access to the ‘Masterbond Warranty’ scheme, customers can feel secure when work is completed by C and A Johnson Ltd.
