Dormer Loft Conversion, Hanham, Bristol
The vast majority of traditional 1930’s semi-detached properties are is ideally suited to accommodate a loft conversion and this property in Hanham, Bristol, was no exception.
Our client’s design brief was to provide a master bedroom with en-suite shower room facility and if possible provide a storage area within the new accommodation.
Upon carrying out a full survey of the property we produced provisional cad designs on which we tailored to the client’s specific requirements, providing French doors with glazed Juliet balcony, a good sized en-suite shower room and the added luxury of a walk in wardrobe facility. The loft conversion design incorporated a gable dormer to the side linked with a flat roof dormer to the rear as a wraparound design maximising the internal floor area.
