Most properties within the city of Bristol are suitable for a loft conversion and this 1930’s semi-detached property in Downend was extended to provide a large master bedroom with en-suite shower room facility with walk in wardrobe. The property itself benefited from having a good apex height within the existing attic space and the new loft room accommodation proved to be an excellent investment for a growing family. The design incorporated a double gabled dormer with rendered and painted exterior finish with French Doors and glazed Juliet Balcony installation. The roof coverings were refurbished in conjunction with the loft conversion project and enhanced the exterior aesthetics of the build. As with all loft conversion projects we use the same process of producing a provisional loft conversion design formatted on the clients design brief on which we then produce a detailed specification and cost for the project.
A large majority of our loft conversion enquires within the Bristol area come from recommendations from previous clients some of which we have now carried out more than one loft conversion for as they have moved up the property ladder. Whether you own a Victorian Terrace Property, Semi Detached Property, Bungalow or a Detached Property and you are considering a loft conversion or extension to your home, then please get in touch.
